We accept these cards:

To make a card transaction, we will need:

• The type of card (e.g. Visa Debit, etc.,)
• Your card number,
• The name on the card,
• Its 'valid from' date and 'expiry' date,
• The three or four digit security code above your signature on the back of the card,
• The full address to which your card statements are mailed, including both house number (if there is one) and the postcode, and, additionally,
• If it's a Switch/Solo card we need the issue number (unless it's a Royal Bank of Scotland Switch card, in which case it won't have an issue number).

Note that when paying by card in a currency other than £ Sterling, conversion from your currency is by the card provider, who will determine the rate and who may also charge for the service.

When you request a reservation, we ask for your card details. Please do NOT send these until we ask for them. We will record your card details but make no charge until you pay your final bill (unless you default). If you are concerned about security and are not happy to send card details in an email, you can use our high security web based public key encryption facility. Alternatively, you might prefer to telephone us or transmit this information to us by fax. Our 'phone and fax numbers are clearly shown on this page. If you send a fax, please make sure that the card details are clearly legible and in block capitals to ensure we make no errors. When we receive of your card details, your booking will be confirmed.
